2. Employing a sophisticated four-point fine adjustment system, this straightener is perfectly suited for high-precision product processing. Each point operates independently to apply meticulous pressure adjustments on the feeding wheels for both incoming and outgoing materials, effectively eliminating any risk of deviation or material deformation.
3. The support roller is crafted from galvanized roller material, formed integrally without power, and boasts a superior resistance to scratching and grinding. Equipped with durable mechanical bearings, it ensures flexible and long-lasting rotation.
4. Featuring a classic, cost iron hand wheel, this component is electroplated for added resilience, embodying the time-honored tradition of reliability and durability.
5. The transmission component is safeguarded by protective covers on both sides, which are thoughtfully designed with windows for easy observation and maintenance.
Straightener roller
1. Constructed from solid bearing steel, the straightener wheel undergoes thickening and electroplating post-intermediate frequency treatment. With a surface hardness of no less than HRC58, it guarantees longevity and exceptional material durability.
2. Utilizing GCr15 forged round steel, the roller undergoes a rigorous preheating spheroidizing annealing process followed by turning, milling, medium frequency treatment, rough grinding, cold stabilization, and fine grinding before electroplating. This meticulous process maximizes the roller's precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, greatly extending its service life.
Drive gear
1. Our gear manufacturing process is a testament to precision engineering, encompassing gear blank processing, tooth surface treatment, heat treatment, and tooth surface finishing.
2. Primarily composed of forged parts, the raw materials undergo normalizing treatment to enhance machinability. Through strategic rough and half-fine processing steps such as lathing, rolling, and gear shaping, the gear takes form, followed by heat treatment to bolster mechanical properties.
3. In accordance with meticulous design specifications, the final finishing establishes a high benchmark for tooth type finishing. This comprehensive treatment results in gear grades reaching grade 6, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and extended service life.
Power section
1. Featuring a model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, this section harnesses the power of a speed converter to modulate motor rotations to the desired speed, achieving a mechanism capable of delivering superior torque.
2. Equipped with a vertical motor, this power section is designed for low vibration and noise. The fixed rotor part is constructed with premium pure copper coils, boasting a lifespan tenfold that of ordinary coils. Ball bearings at both ends further reduce friction and temperature.
Electric control box
1. The electric control box is outfitted with a silver alloy relay, full copper coil, and a flame-retardant safety base, ensuring longevity and reliability.
2. It incorporates an innovative safety protection adjustment circuit with time delay, silver alloy contacts, and various dials to meet diverse delay range requirements.
3. The switch employs a sliding contact with a self-cleaning feature. Its normally open and normally closed contacts are designed with a separate bonding structure, working seamlessly with different poles, and equipped with anti-rotation positioning and a stop loose mounting gasket.
4. With a self-duplex flat button, this section offers a light touch and moderate key range. The building block type combination structure, featuring keto-base composite points, ensures strong conductivity and high current capacity, with a lifespan extending to 1 million uses.
Rack section
1. The rack section's frame is meticulously designed and welded, utilizing a second protection welder. This includes initial vertical fillet welding followed by flat fillet welding, starting with short welds before longer ones, to ensure a tight seal and enhance overall quality.
