2. Equipped with a sophisticated four-point fine adjustment mechanism, this design is ideal for processing high-precision products. It utilizes four independently adjustable pressure points to regulate the pressure on the feeding wheel for both incoming and outgoing materials, significantly reducing the risk of deviation and deformation.
3. The support roller is ingeniously crafted from galvanized, non-powered material, ensuring integrated forming with a surface that resists scrapes and grinding. It utilizes mechanical bearings that provide smooth, flexible, and durable rotation.
4. Featuring a traditional cast iron hand wheel, its surface is enhanced with electroplating for added durability, embodying the quintessential hand wheel design.
5. The transmission is safeguarded by protective covers on both sides, each equipped with a window to facilitate easy observation and ensure seamless operation.
Straightener roller
1. The straightener wheel is constructed from robust bearing steel, thickened and electroplated post-intermediate frequency processing. With a surface hardness not falling below HRC58, it ensures exceptional durability.
2. Utilizing forging round steel with GCr15, the process begins with preheating treatment, followed by spheroidizing annealing, turning, milling, medium frequency treatment, rough grinding, cold stabilization, fine grinding, and finally electroplating. This rigorous process maximizes precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, significantly extending the straightening roller's service life.
Drive gear
1. The gear processing sequence encompasses gear blank modification, tooth surface processing, heat treatment, and tooth surface finishing, ensuring precision at every step.
2. Primarily using forged raw parts, the normalizing treatment enhances cutting ease. Following the gear design drawings, the process includes rough machining, half-fine processing, lathe, rolling, and gear shaping, culminating in a well-formed gear, further enhanced through heat treatment for superior mechanical properties.
3. Final finishing is performed according to design specifications, ensuring benchmark finishing of the tooth type. Post-treatment, our gears achieve grade 6, offering outstanding wear resistance, strength, and an extended service life.
Power section
1. Employing a model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, this mechanism utilizes a speed converter to adjust the motor's rotation to the desired speed while providing enhanced torque.
2. Featuring a vertical motor with low vibration and noise, the fixed rotor section incorporates a pure copper coil, offering a lifespan ten times that of ordinary coils. Both ends contain ball bearings, minimizing friction and temperature.
Electric control box
1. The system integrates a silver alloy relay, full copper coil, and a flame-retardant safety base, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance.
2. It incorporates a safety protection adjustment circuit with time delay, silver alloy contacts, and a variety of dials to suit different delay ranges.
3. The switch's sliding contact includes a self-cleaning feature. The normally open and closed contact employs a separate bonding structure to accommodate different poles, complemented by anti-rotation positioning and a stop-loose mounting gasket.
4. Featuring a self-duplex flat button, it offers a light touch with moderate key range and a building block type combination structure. The contact is crafted from a keto-base composite with strong conductivity, supporting large currents and boasting a lifespan up to 1 million activations.
Rack section
1. The entire frame is designed with a welded structure, utilizing a second protection welder for welding. The process begins with vertical fillet welding, followed by flat fillet welding, prioritizing short welds, then long welds, to ensure a tight and high-quality finish.
2. Precision is achieved by cutting all plates using laser plasma technology.
3. Every component undergoes numerical control and CNC processing, ensuring excellent equipment interchangeability.
