Utilizing forged round steel with GCr15, our process includes preheating treatment, spheroidizing annealing, turning, milling, medium frequency treatment, rough grinding, cold stabilization, and finally fine grinding and electroplating. Drive Gear
1. Our comprehensive gear processing journey includes gear blank processing, tooth surface processing, heat treatment, and tooth surface finishing, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
2. We commence with primarily forged raw parts, enhancing their machinability through normalizing treatment. Following gear design specifications, the process involves rough machining, half fine processing, lathe work, rolling, and gear shaping. Subsequent heat treatment bolsters mechanical properties, ensuring excellence.
3. Final finishing aligns with design specifications, ensuring high-precision tooth form. Our gears achieve a remarkable grade 6 classification, offering superior wear resistance, strength, and an extended service life.
