2. Employing a four-point fine adjustment mechanism, this structure is expertly crafted for high-precision product processing. The independently adjustable four-point pressure system manages the feed wheel pressure for both incoming and outgoing materials, effectively preventing material deviation and deformation.
3. The support roller is constructed using a galvanized roller, seamlessly formed from integrated material. Its surface is resistant to scratches and wear, utilizing mechanical bearings for enduring flexibility and durability.
4. Crafted from cost-efficient cast iron, the hand wheel boasts an electroplated finish, embodying the quintessential traditional hand wheel design.
5. The transmission components are securely enclosed within protective covers on both sides, complete with viewing windows for easy monitoring and observation.
Straightener Roller
1. The straightener wheel is forged from solid bearing steel, enhanced in thickness and then electroplated following intermediate frequency treatment. Its surface hardness achieves a minimum of HRC58, assuring outstanding durability.
2. Expertly utilizing GCr15 forged round steel, the wheel undergoes a meticulous process involving preheating treatment (spheroidizing annealing), followed by turning, milling, medium frequency treatment, rough grinding, cold stabilization, fine grinding, and finally electroplating. This thorough process maximizes precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, significantly extending the roller's service life.
Drive Gear
1. The gear processing workflow encompasses gear blank processing, tooth surface processing, heat treatment, and finishing of the tooth surface.
2. Primarily utilizing forged parts, the raw components undergo normalizing treatment to enhance cutting properties, facilitating effective machining. Following gear design specifications, components are roughly machined, followed by semi-finish processing, lathe work, rolling, and gear shaping. Subsequent heat treatments further improve mechanical characteristics.
3. Conforming to drawing specifications, the final finishing process polishes the tooth type to perfection. Post-treatment, our gears achieve grade 6 quality, boasting exceptional wear resistance, high strength, and an impressive service life.
Power Section
1. Featuring a model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, this system employs a gear speed converter to adjust the motor's rotation to the desired level, generating a mechanism with enhanced torque.
2. The vertical motor is designed for low vibration and minimal noise, with a rotor section constructed from pure copper coil, outlasting ordinary coils by a factor of 10. Equipped with ball bearings at both ends, the motor ensures low friction and maintains a lower operating temperature.
Electric Control Box
1. Incorporating a silver alloy relay with a full copper coil and flame retardant safety base, this component is engineered for long-lasting durability.
2. Featuring a safety protection adjustment circuit with time delay and silver alloy contact, this design accommodates a variety of ranges with precision dials.
3. The switch utilizes sliding contacts with a self-cleaning function, while normally open and closed contacts are built with separate bonding structures, accommodating different poles. Additionally, it includes anti-rotation positioning and a stop-loose mounting gasket for secure operation.
4. Utilizing a self-duplex flat button, the mechanism is crafted for light force and moderate key range, with a modular block combination structure. The contact points are constructed from keto-base composites that offer strong conductivity and manage large currents, with a lifespan extending up to 1 million operations.
Rack Section
1. The entire frame is designed with a welded configuration, employing a secondary protection welder. The welding process begins with a vertical fillet weld, followed by a flat fillet weld, starting with short welds and progressing to long welds, ensuring a tight and high-quality weld.
