Straightener Roller
1. The straightener wheel is constructed from sturdy bearing steel, thickened and electroplated post-intermediate frequency treatment. With surface hardness reaching an impressive HRC58, it stands as a testament to durability and long-lasting performance.
2. Utilizing forged round steel with GCr15, it undergoes an intricate process of preheating treatment (spheroidizing annealing), followed by turning, milling, medium-frequency treatment, rough grinding, cold stabilization, and fine grinding before electroplating. This meticulous process maximizes precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, thereby significantly extending the straightening roller's lifespan.
Drive Gear
1. The gear processing sequence is comprehensive: starting with gear blank preparation, moving on to tooth surface processing, followed by heat treatment, and concluding with tooth surface finishing for optimal performance.
2. Primarily utilizing forged raw parts, the process includes normalizing treatment to enhance machinability, enabling easier cutting. Aligned with the gear design, rough machining is followed by half fine processing, lathe work, rolling, and gear shaping, all leading to a well-formed gear. Subsequently, heat treatment is employed to bolster the mechanical properties.
3. In accordance with the design specifications, final finishing is meticulously performed to polish the benchmark and tooth type. This comprehensive treatment ensures our gears achieve grade 6, with exceptional wear resistance, high strength, and extended service life.
Power Section
1. Our model 80 worm gear vertical reducer employs advanced gear speed conversion, effectively reducing motor rotation to the desired speed, while delivering superior torque.
