The Straightener Roller
1. The straightener wheel, crafted from solid bearing steel, undergoes a meticulous thickening and electroplating process post-intermediate frequency treatment. Achieving a robust surface hardness of HRC58, it guarantees enduring durability.
2. Constructed from forging round GCr15 steel, the wheel undergoes an intricate process: preheating (spheroidizing annealing), followed by turning, milling, medium frequency treatment, rough and fine grinding, cold stabilization, and electroplating. This meticulous process ensures maximum precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, significantly extending the roller's operational life.
The Drive Gear
1. The gear processing involves a comprehensive procedure: from gear blank preparation to tooth surface processing, heat treatment, and tooth surface finishing.
2. Using primarily forged raw parts, the process includes normalizing treatment for improved machinability, followed by rough and semi-fine machining. Through lathe, rolling, and gear shaping, the gear takes form, and heat treatment enhances its mechanical properties.
3. In line with design specifications, final finishing refines the tooth type and benchmarks. Post-treatment, our gear achieves an impressive grade 6, boasting superb wear resistance and strength for an extended service life.
The Power Section
1. Equipped with the model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, it adeptly utilizes a gear speed converter to adjust motor rotations, achieving the desired speed and maximizing torque output.
2. The vertical motor design minimizes vibration and noise. Featuring a fixed rotor with a pure copper coil, its longevity surpasses ordinary coils by a factor of ten. Endowed with ball bearings, it offers reduced friction and lower operating temperatures for enhanced performance.
The Electric Control Box
1. Incorporating a silver alloy relay, full copper coil, and flame-retardant safety base, this component is crafted for remarkable durability and reliability.
2. Featuring safety protection with a time delay adjustment circuit, silver alloy contact, and a versatile dial, it accommodates a diverse range of delay requirements.
3. The switch boasts a sliding contact with a self-cleaning function. With a separate bonding structure for normally open and closed contacts, it supports various poles and comes with an anti-rotation positioning and secure mounting gasket.

The Rack Section
