The head of straightener
1. The head is innovatively designed with a parallel roller concept, featuring an upper set of 3 rollers and a lower set of 4 rollers, combining to form a robust 7-refined roller structure that ensures exceptional precision and efficiency.
2. Employs cutting-edge four-point fine adjustment technology perfectly tailored for high-precision product processing. This system independently adjusts the pressure on the feeding wheel for both incoming and outgoing materials, effectively minimizing material deviation and deformation.
3. The support roller boasts a galvanized, non-powered design with seamlessly integrated material, offering a surface resilient to scratches and wear. Utilizing mechanical bearings, it guarantees smooth, flexible, and durable operation.
4. Features a classic cast iron hand wheel, enhanced with an electroplated finish, representing the most traditional hand wheel design in the industry.
5. The transmission components are safely housed within protective covers on both sides, including an observation window for ease of monitoring.
Straightener roller
1. Constructed from solid bearing steel, the straightener wheel is both thickened and electroplated following an intermediate frequency treatment, achieving a surface hardness of no less than HRC58, ensuring exceptional durability and material longevity.
2. Crafted using forging round steel with GCr15, undergoing preheating treatment (spheroidizing annealing), followed by a precise sequence of turning, milling, intermediate frequency treatment, rough grinding, cold stabilization, fine grinding, and electroplating. This meticulous process maximizes precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, thereby prolonging the straightening roller's service life.
Drive gear
1. The gear processing sequence encompasses gear blank processing, tooth surface processing, heat treatment, and finishing, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
2. Primarily using raw forged parts, the process includes normalizing treatment to enhance cutability, facilitating machining. Following rough and semi-fine processing, including lathe work, rolling, and gear shaping, the gear takes shape. Subsequent heat treatment further improves mechanical properties.
3. Final finishing is executed to meet design specifications, refining the tooth type and benchmarks. Post-treatment, the gear achieves a grade 6 rating, offering high wear resistance, strength, and an extended service life.
Power section
1. Utilizes a model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, adeptly employing a gear speed converter to reduce motor RPM to the desired level while yielding a mechanism with greater torque.
2. Equipped with a vertical motor designed for minimal vibration and noise. The fixed rotor part features a pure copper coil with a lifespan tenfold that of conventional coils, complemented by ball bearings at both ends for low friction and temperature.
Electric control box
1. Incorporates a silver alloy relay with a full copper coil and a flame-retardant safety base, providing longevity and durability.
2. Features a safety protection adjustment circuit time delay, complete with silver alloy contacts, versatile dials, and adjustable delay ranges.
3. The switch employs sliding contact with a self-cleaning function. Its normally open and closed contacts use a separate bonding structure to function across different poles, equipped with anti-rotation positioning and a stop-loose mounting gasket.
4. Adopts a self-duplex flat button mechanism with a light touch, moderate key range, and a building block type combination structure. Contacts are designed with keto-base composite points for high conductivity and large current capacity, boasting a lifespan of up to one million operations.
Rack section
1. The frame is fabricated using a welded design and secondary protection welding technique, starting with vertical fillet welding followed by flat fillet welding. Short welds are completed before long welds to ensure a secure, high-quality finish.
2. All plates are precisely cut using laser plasma technology.
3. Every component is processed with numerical control and CNC, ensuring excellent equipment interchangeability.
