Precision varies with feed length and swing count (typically 0.03m accuracy), but can achieve up to 0.01mm when the end is road-positioned.

Straightening Roller

1. The corrective wheel, fashioned from robust bearing steel and treated with medium frequency thickening electroplating, boasts a surface hardness of at least HRC58, ensuring durability.

Crafted from the robust GCr15 forged round steel, this component undergoes a meticulous refining process: beginning with preheating (globeded annealing), followed by precision grinding and milling. It is then subjected to medium frequency treatment, coarse grinding, and cold stabilization, leading to fine grinding and final electroplating. Eccentric disc
