Heat-treated to HRC60 and re-ground with hard chrome, it offers exceptional hardness, superb wear resistance, and unmatched longevity.
3. Disc Brakes (General Brake)
Incorporating an advanced clutch system, these brakes ensure comprehensive contact on both sides, delivering extended durability, outstanding stability, and elevated precision.
4. Reverse Facing Device
(1) Mirroring the structure of a one-way device, this apparatus controls the wheel with remarkable precision, preventing even the slightest reverse movement in subsequent wheels, even after prolonged use, maintaining exceptional stability and precision.
(2) Prevents down roller reversal even in scenarios of brake failure or when improper distances arise due to residual oil spills during stamping.
(3) Remarkably resistant to high temperatures, ensuring sustained functionality.
(4) Equipped with super-carbide and rollers that are notably resistant to wear.
(5) Operates through the circular motion of the roller, as opposed to the four guide posts' linear movement, eliminating the risk of 'bite-killing' incidents.
(6) Minimizes the twisting power needed for low friction, reducing the risk of damage to the rotating mechanism.
(7) The reverse device can function at speeds reaching 30 m/min, typically operating at 20 m/min, enhancing efficiency by 50%.

The number of swings and feed length varies, generally achieving an accuracy of 0.03m, with potential precision down to 0.01mm when end-of-road positioning is employed.

1. Unitasis is meticulously assembled, with all components secured using high-strength screws, eliminating the need for welding parts. This design facilitates effortless repair and replacement of components, significantly reducing time and cost.
2. The left and right panels are crafted from liquid metal casting, offering excellent adaptability and flexibility for a range of alloy molding applications.

Straightening Roller

1. The corrective wheel, forged from solid bearing steel, undergoes medium frequency thickening electroplating treatment, achieving a surface hardness of HRC58, ensuring extensive durability and material longevity.
2. We proudly utilize GCr15 forge round steel, renowned for its robust characteristics. This steel undergoes a meticulous process involving preheating (globeded annealing), followed by precision grinding and milling. After a medium frequency treatment to enhance its structural integrity, it receives a coarse grinding cold stabilization. The final stages include fine grinding and electroplating, ensuring unparalleled precision, concentricity, finish, and hardness. This comprehensive treatment significantly extends the lifespan of the corrective roller, delivering maximum assurance and long-term reliability.

Eccentric disc

1. Our product features the use of resilient casting iron, known for its adaptability and flexibility, while also being remarkably resistant to breakage, making it a durable choice for demanding applications.
