The head of straightener

Straightener roller
1. The straightener wheel is expertly constructed from solid bearing steel, thickened and meticulously electroplated following intermediate frequency treatment. The surface hardness is no less than HRC58, ensuring unparalleled durability.
2. Utilizing forged round steel with GCr15, the material undergoes preheating treatment, spheroidizing annealing, followed by a series of precision engineering processes - from milling to cold stabilization and fine grinding, culminating in electroplating. This exhaustive process maximizes precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, extending the roller's service life significantly.
Drive gear
The gear production process is both comprehensive and rigorous, involving gear blank processing, tooth surface processing, heat treatment, and final tooth finishing. Starting with forged raw parts, normalized to enhance machinability, the gears are then finely shaped through multiple steps - from lathing to gear shaping. Following heat treatment, the gears are finished to meet stringent design specifications, achieving a grade 6 classification with superior wear resistance, strength, and longevity.
Power section
1. Our system incorporates a model 80 worm gear vertical reducer that utilizes a gear speed converter. This ensures the motor reduces its revolutions to the desired speed while delivering increased torque.
2. The vertical motor is crafted for excellence with low vibration and noise levels. It features a fixed rotor part made from pure copper coil, boasting a lifespan ten times that of ordinary coils, accompanied by ball bearings at both ends to minimize friction and temperature.
Electric control box
1. It features a silver alloy relay with a full copper coil and a flame-retardant safety base, designed for enduring durability and performance.
2. Incorporating a safety protection adjustment circuit with a time delay relay, silver alloy contacts, and diverse dials, it is adaptable to a wide range of delay requirements.
