2. Roller Wheel
Featuring a hollow design with minimal weight and reduced swing inertia, this roller wheel can halt instantly, guaranteeing feeding precision. With heat-treated HRC60 and hard-chrome regrinding, it boasts excellent wear resistance and an extended service life.
3. Disc Brakes (General Brake)
Incorporating an advanced clutch system ensures complete contact on both sides, offering an extended lifespan, superior stability, and remarkable precision.
4. Reverse Facing Device
(1) Engineered similarly to a one-way device, it manages wheel control with notable precision, preventing any retrogression in subsequent wheels, even after prolonged usage, ensuring high stability and accuracy.
(2) The design prevents unwanted backward roller motion during brake failure or inaccurate distance due to leftover oil from stamping.
(3) Designed to resist high-temperature conditions effectively.
(4) Built with super-carbide and rollers that are highly resistant to wear.
(5) Utilizes circular roller motion instead of the linear motion of four guide posts, eliminating the risk of binding.
(6) Optimized to require less twisting power, minimizing friction and reducing the risk of damage to the rotating mechanism.
(7) Configurable to operate at speeds up to 30 m/min, typically 20 m/min, enhancing efficiency by 50%.
(8) Incorporates a special structure, significantly extending its service life.

The accuracy varies with the number of swings and feed length, generally achieving 0.03m precision. With end-of-road positioning, accuracy can enhance to 0.01mm.

1. The unitasis is meticulously assembled, with components secured by high-strength screws, eliminating welds for easier repair and accessory replacements, saving both time and costs.
2. Crafted from direct liquid metal casting, the left and right panels offer superb adaptability, accommodating various alloy moldings with exceptional flexibility.

Straightening Roller

1. The corrective wheel is crafted from solid bearing steel, undergoing medium frequency thickening electroplating treatment, ensuring surface hardness of no less than HRC58 for durability.
2. Our top-tier mechanical feeder machine utilizes GCr15 forged round steel, expertly processed through a meticulous series of treatments: preheated (globular annealing), then skillfully ground and milled. This is followed by medium frequency treatment, coarse grinding for cold stabilization, and then fine grinding, culminating in a lustrous electroplated finish. This comprehensive approach guarantees ultimate precision, impeccable concentricity, superior finish, and enhanced hardness, significantly extending the service life of the corrective roller.

Eccentric Disc

1. Our machine employs casting iron, renowned for its adaptability and flexibility. It boasts a robust structure that is resistant to breaking, ensuring durability and reliability.
2. The cross joint is designed with a compact structure, incorporating premium NSK imported bearings for seamless and smooth operation, entirely free from cadon disruptions.

Pull Rod
