1.Features

1. The decoiler and straightener are seamlessly integrated, saving space and eliminating unnecessary transitions during the precision material straightening process, thus optimizing overall performance.
2. Both the decoiler and straightener operate independently via separate electrical control boxes, each equipped with its own frequency converter, ensuring smooth operation and better protection against external distortions.
3. The straightener utilizes a universal joint drive and full gear drive, preventing material damage that could result from passive rotation of the upper rollers.
4. The straightening roller features a dial indicator for easy and quick leveling point identification.
5. The addition of a back roller improves the rigidity of the straightening rollers, further enhancing the straightening effect.
6. The integrated system boosts the machine's lifespan, providing long-term reliability.


Decoiler is for the metal coil(or other material )uncoiling to be straight and smooth ,then easily for the feeding to the machine like slitting,cut to length and roofing sheet,etc.It can be divided into manual decoiler and electric decoiler,hydraulic decoiler.The hydraulic decoiler whether has the loading car and the length of the guaiding is all customized.

Straightener Head

1. Features a parallel roller design with a 3-over-4 roller configuration, totaling 7 rollers.  
2. Utilizes a four-point fine adjustment system, making it ideal for high-precision processing. The independent four-point pressure adjustment controls the entrance and exit feeding rollers, effectively preventing material deviation and deformation.  
3. The supporting roller is made of galvanized, non-powered material, ensuring a scratch-resistant and wear-resistant surface. It is crafted as a single solid piece and equipped with mechanical bearings for smooth and durable rotation.  
4. The handwheel is cast iron with an electroplated surface, offering a traditional and reliable design.  
5. The transmission section is fully enclosed with protective covers on both sides and includes an observation window for easy monitoring.  

 

Straightening Rollers

1. Manufactured from solid bearing steel with thick plating, heat-treated through medium-frequency hardening, ensuring a surface hardness of no less than HRC58 for enhanced durability.  
2. Made from GCr15 forged round steel, undergoing preheating treatment (spheroidal annealing), followed by turning, milling, intermediate frequency heat treatment, rough grinding, cold stabilization, fine grinding, and electroplating. This process ensures high precision, concentricity, smoothness, hardness, and extends roller lifespan.  

 

Drive Gear
The gear manufacturing process includes:  
- Initial blank processing → gear surface machining → heat treatment → surface finishing.  
- Rough parts are forged and normalized to improve machinability and facilitate cutting.  
- Semi-finishing includes turning, rolling, and gear shaping to form the basic gear structure.  
- Heat treatment enhances mechanical properties.  
- Final finishing aligns with design requirements, including profile finishing and precision adjustments.  
After these processes, the gear achieves grade 6 precision, offering high wear resistance, superior strength, and an extended service life. 

 

Frame Structure

1. Integrates the decoiler and straightener into one unit, maximizing workspace efficiency.  
2. The decoiler adopts a cantilever beam design, with all plates cut by high-precision laser plasma technology.  
3. All components are processed using CNC and numerical control for excellent interchangeability.  
4. The overall structure is designed for simplicity, making assembly and part replacement easy, reducing maintenance costs significantly. 

Electric Control System

1. Equipped with silver alloy relays, full copper coils, and a flame-retardant safety base, ensuring durability and longevity.  
2. Features a safety protection adjustment circuit with a time-delay relay, silver alloy contacts, and support for various delay ranges.  
3. The switch uses a sliding contact mechanism with a self-cleaning function. The normally open and normally closed contacts are independently bonded, allowing multi-pole operation. Additionally, an anti-rotation positioning system and secure mounting gasket prevent loosening.  
4. The control buttons utilize a self-duplex flat design, offering light operation and moderate key travel. The modular structure and keto-base composite contact points ensure strong conductivity and high current capacity, with a lifespan of up to 1 million operations.  

Power System

1. Uses a model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, which employs a gear-based speed conversion mechanism to regulate motor rotation speed and generate high torque.  
2. The vertical motor is designed for low vibration and noise. Its stator and rotor feature pure copper coils, lasting 10 times longer than standard coils. Equipped with ball bearings on both ends, it reduces friction and maintains low operating temperatures.

Noted
(1)Turn on the power supply first check whether the power supply voltage is matched, whether there is a lack of phase contact, etc., so as not to damage the electrical motor.
(2)There should be a reliable grounding wire to prevent injury when the appliance is damaged.
(3)Immediately remove the handle of mandrel after loading the coil, it is avoid injury when runing.
(4)The power should be cut off during charging. After power-on, it is strictly forbidden to stand around the pallet.

Maintenance
(1)For long-term use, the spindle bearing grease should be added once a month, and the reducer oil should be replaced every six months, and the oil should be added to 1/3.
(2)The wiring points in the electric control box shall not be loose, so as to avoid burning the electrical appliances and affecting normal use, and no oil or water is allowed to enter.
(3)For long-term use, attention should be paid to checking the bearing housing and whether the screws are loose.
(4)If it is not used for a long time, add the oil to the spindle and check the electric control box.
