3. Disc Brakes (General Brake)
Utilizing an advanced clutch system, it offers full contact on both sides, promising extended lifespan, excellent stability, and high precision.
4. Reverse Facing Device
(1) Designed like a one-way device, it offers precise wheel control, preventing even the slightest retrogression over time, ensuring high stability and precision.
(2) Prevents conditions where down roller reverses due to brake failure or incorrect distance, even when residual oil spills during stamping.
(3) It is designed to minimize high temperature occurrence.
(4) Equipped with super-carbide and rollers, offering resistance to wear.
(5) Operates with a circular motion of the roller, avoiding any bite-killing scenarios associated with straight motion of conventional four guide posts.
(6) Reduces the twisting power needed due to minimal friction, thereby decreasing the risk of damage to the rotating mechanism.
(7) This reverse device can achieve configuration speeds up to 30 m/min, with a typical speed of 20 m/min, enhancing efficiency by 50%.
