2. Roller Wheel
Featuring a hollow design, it's lightweight with minimal swing inertia, allowing immediate stops to ensure feeding accuracy. Heat-treated to HRC60, hard chrome re-grinding provides high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and extended longevity.
3. Disc Brakes (General Brake)
Utilizing an advanced clutch system, it offers full contact on both sides, promising extended lifespan, excellent stability, and high precision.
4. Reverse Facing Device
(1) Designed like a one-way device, it offers precise wheel control, preventing even the slightest retrogression over time, ensuring high stability and precision.
(2) Prevents conditions where down roller reverses due to brake failure or incorrect distance, even when residual oil spills during stamping.
(3) It is designed to minimize high temperature occurrence.
(4) Equipped with super-carbide and rollers, offering resistance to wear.
(5) Operates with a circular motion of the roller, avoiding any bite-killing scenarios associated with straight motion of conventional four guide posts.
(6) Reduces the twisting power needed due to minimal friction, thereby decreasing the risk of damage to the rotating mechanism.
(7) This reverse device can achieve configuration speeds up to 30 m/min, with a typical speed of 20 m/min, enhancing efficiency by 50%.

1. The unitasis is expertly assembled, with high-strength screws securing all components. No welded parts, facilitating easy repair and replacement of accessories, saving time and costs.
2. Left and right panels crafted from liquid metal casting are highly adaptable for diverse alloy molding, offering excellent flexibility.

Straightening Roller

1. Corrective wheel constructed from solid bearing steel, enhanced by thickening electroplating with medium frequency treatment. Surface hardness not less than HRC58 ensures robust durability.
2. This sophisticated process begins with the application of GCr15 forged round steel. Initiated by preheating through globeded annealing, the material undergoes intricate grinding and milling. The journey continues with a medium frequency treatment followed by a sequence of coarse grinding and cold stabilization. Eccentric disc
