2. Roller Wheel
Utilizing a hollow design, this lightweight roller exhibits minimal swing inertia and can be halted instantly to maintain feed accuracy. Heat-treated to HRC60, it features hard chrome re-grinding, offering superior hardness, excellent wear resistance, and longevity.
3. Disc Brakes (General Brake)
Equipped with an advanced clutch, this component ensures complete side contact, resulting in extended lifespan, superior stability, and high precision.
4. Reverse Facing Device
(1) Engineered akin to a one-way device, it precisely controls the wheel without causing any retrogression in subsequent wheels, even after prolonged use, maintaining high stability and precision.
(2) Prevents the down roller from reversing due to brake failure or improper distance caused by residual oil spills during stamping.
(3) Engineered to maintain optimal performance even at high temperatures.
(4) Enhanced with super-carbide and rollers that are remarkably resistant to wear.
(5) Adopts circular motion for the roller, eschewing straight motion of guide posts, thereby eliminating bite-killing.
(6) Reduces required twisting power for minimal friction, thus preserving the rotating mechanism from damage.
(7) The reverse device functions at speeds of up to 30 m/min, with a general speed of 20 m/min, boosting efficiency by 50%.
(8) Features a unique structure that amplifies service life.

The accuracy varies with the number of swings and feed length, generally achieving a precision of 0.03m. With end positioning, precision can reach 0.01mm.

1. The unitasis assembly uses high-strength screws for all components, eschewing welding parts, simplifying future repairs, and reducing accessory replacement time and costs.
2. Precision-crafted left and right panels from liquid metal casting offer adaptability for diverse alloy molding, boasting excellent flexibility.

Straightening Roller

1. Constructed with solid bearing steel, the corrective wheel undergoes medium frequency thickening electroplating, achieving a surface hardness not below HRC58, ensuring material durability.
2. Crafted with precision, our mechanical feeder machine employs GCr15 forge round steel, which undergoes an extensive process: preheating (globular annealing), followed by grinding, milling, and medium frequency treatment. This is succeeded by coarse grinding, cold stabilization, and ultimately, fine grinding, before finishing with electroplating. This meticulous process ensures exceptional precision, concentricity, and surface finish, while significantly enhancing the hardness and extending the service life of the corrective roller.

Eccentric disc

1. Constructed from durable casting iron, this component boasts adaptability and flexibility, making it highly resistant to breakage.
2. Our compact cross joint, paired with high-quality NSK imported bearings, ensures smooth and seamless operation, eliminating the risk of sudden failures.
3. The scale wire rod is engineered from high-strength materials, ensuring smooth adjustments. The integrated eccentric disc features multiple scales, allowing for easy and precise configuration.

Pull rod

Expertly designed, the mid-section of the pull rod is crafted using a seamless tube with highly hardened material. The ends are finished with round steel via lathe machining, ensuring the processed workpiece fits snugly within the middle section tube, providing unrivaled stability during operation. The pull rod is designed for effortless installation and features a double nut system for secure fixation, preventing increased safety risks due to potential long-term vibrations.
