2. Large cylinder material pressing is ideal for high precision processing. The adjustment system, featuring synchronous worm gear and worm screw, effectively curtails material deviation and deformation, ensuring flawless results.
3. The support roller, crafted from galvanized roller without power, integrates material forming with surface resistance to scraping and grinding. It utilizes mechanical bearings for enhanced flexibility and lasting durability.

Straightener roller
1. Constructed from solid bearing steel, the straightener wheel is thickened, electroplated, and treated to achieve a surface hardness of no less than HRC58, ensuring the long-lasting durability of your materials.
2. Utilizing GCr15 forging round steel, the wheel undergoes spheroidizing annealing preheating, followed by turning, milling, medium-frequency treatment, rough grinding, cold stabilization, fine grinding, and final electroplating. This meticulous process guarantees exceptional precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, extending the life of the straightening roller to remarkable lengths.
Drive gear
Our gear processing journey comprises gear blank processing, tooth surface processing, heat treatment, and tooth surface finishing. Starting with forged raw parts, normalizing treatment enhances cutting ease, followed by rough and semi-fine machining. Lathing, rolling, and gear shaping lead to a fundamentally formed gear. Post heat treatment, mechanical properties are enhanced, meeting drawing design standards. The result is a grade 6 gear, showcasing remarkable wear resistance, strength, and longevity.
Power section
1. The model 80 worm gear vertical reducer is a marvel of engineering, utilizing a gear speed converter to reduce motor revolutions to the desired level while achieving greater torque.
2. Our vertical motor excels with low vibration and noise. Equipped with a fixed rotor part made of pure copper coil, its lifespan surpasses ordinary coils tenfold. Ball bearings at both ends ensure low friction and temperature.
Electric control box
1. Incorporating silver alloy relays and full copper coils, the electric control box features a flame-retardant safety base, ensuring lasting durability and safety.
2. The safety protection adjustment circuit with time delay relay, silver alloy contact, and versatile dial accommodates various delay ranges for customized safety and performance.
