4. Reverse Facing Device

(2) Prevents conditions where the downward roller reverses due to brake failure or incorrect distances caused by residual oil spills during stamping operations.

Accuracy fluctuates with the number of swings and feed length adjustments, generally at 0.03mm. With end-of-road positioning, achieve up to 0.01mm precision.

Straightening Roller

1. Corrective Wheel: Crafted from solid bearing steel, it undergoes medium-frequency thickening and electroplating treatment. With a surface hardness not below HRC58, it ensures material durability.

This superior material undergoes a meticulous process: preheating (globeded annealing) sets the stage, followed by grinding, milling, and medium frequency treatment. After coarse grinding and cold stabilization, we achieve perfection with fine grinding and electroplating. This comprehensive process ensures maximum precision, concentricity, an immaculate finish, and robust hardness, thereby significantly extending the service life of the corrective roller.

Eccentric disc

1. Our product applies casting iron, known for its adaptability and flexibility, making it resilient and resistant to breakage.
