The head of straightener

2. Featuring four-point fine adjustment, this system is masterfully suited for high-precision product processing. The independent pressure adjustment for the feeding wheel ensures flawless incoming and outgoing material flow, preventing any material deviation or deformation.
3. The support roller is engineered with a galvanized, unpowered roller formed from integrated material. Its surface is robustly resistant to scraping and grinding, employing mechanical bearings for flexible, durable rotation.
4. Designed with a classic cast iron hand wheel, its surface is elegantly electroplated, embodying the timeless tradition of craftsmanship.
5. The transmission components are safeguarded by protective covers on both sides. A conveniently positioned observation window allows for easy monitoring.
Straightener roller
1. The straightener wheel is constructed from solid bearing steel, enhanced through thickening and electroplating post-intermediate frequency treatment. With surface hardness not below HRC58, its durability is assured for long-lasting performance.
2. Utilizing GCr15 forged round steel, the process includes preheating treatment, turning, milling, medium frequency treatment, grinding, cold stabilization, and finally electroplating. These meticulous steps maximize precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, thereby significantly extending the roller's service life.
Drive gear
1. Our gear processing encompasses a comprehensive sequence: from gear blank processing, tooth surface treatment, heat treatment, to precise tooth surface finishing, ensuring excellence in every gear.
2. Initial parts are expertly forged and normalized to enhance cutting efficiency. Following gear design specifications, rough and semi-fine machining, lathe work, and gear shaping form the gear, followed by heat treatment to bolster mechanical properties.
3. Final finishing according to design specifications ensures each gear achieves grade 6 quality, distinguished by high wear resistance, strength, and extended service life.
Power section
1. The model 80 worm gear vertical reducer is adeptly employed, utilizing a speed converter to adjust motor rotation to the desired speed, providing a mechanism with significantly increased torque.
2. Featuring a vertically mounted motor, this system is engineered for low vibration and noise. Its fixed rotor part with a pure copper coil boasts a lifespan 10 times that of ordinary coils, complemented by ball bearings for minimal friction and temperature.
Electric control box
1. Incorporated with silver alloy relays, a full copper coil, and a flame-retardant safety base, this control box promises durability and long-lasting performance.
2. Equipped with a safety protection adjustment circuit and time delay, silver alloy contacts, and varied dials, it meets diverse delay range requirements seamlessly.
3. The switch features a sliding contact with a self-cleaning function. Its normally open and closed contacts are constructed with separate bonding, capable of working with different poles. Anti-rotation positioning and secure mounting gaskets enhance its reliability.
4. The self-duplex flat button is designed for effortless operation with a moderate key range. A building block-type combination structure and keto-base composite points ensure strong conductivity and high current capacity, extending its lifespan up to a million uses.
Rack section
1. The robust frame is constructed through a precise welding design, utilizing a second protection welder. The welding process entails vertical fillet welding followed by flat fillet welding, beginning with short welds and progressing to longer welds to guarantee a tight, high-quality finish.
