2. By implementing a four-point fine adjustment system, our machine adeptly handles high-precision products. With four-point independent pressure adjustments, the feed wheel pressure is finely tuned for both incoming and outgoing materials, effectively mitigating any risk of material deviation and deformation.

Using GCr15 forging round steel, the production process involves spheroidizing annealing, turning, milling, medium frequency treatment, rough grinding, cold stabilization, and fine grinding before electroplating. This meticulous process ensures unmatched precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, significantly extending the service life of the straightening roller.
Drive gear: the power behind the precision
1. The gear processing journey encompasses gear blank creation, tooth surface processing, heat treatment, and tooth surface finishing for unmatched precision.
2. Utilizing primarily forged raw parts, the normalizing treatment enhances cutting properties, simplifying machining. The process flows from rough machining to semi-fine processing, including lathe work, rolling, and gear shaping, followed by heat treatment for superior mechanical characteristics.
3. In line with design specifications, final finishing perfects the gear to grade 6 standards, offering high wear resistance, superior strength, and an extended service life.
Power section: the heart of the machine
1. Our model 80 worm gear vertical reducer utilizes a gear speed converter to adjust the motor's rotation to the desired speed, delivering a mechanism capable of generating greater torque.
2. Featuring a vertical motor with low vibration and noise, the rotor part incorporates a pure copper coil, offering a lifespan ten times that of ordinary coils. Ball bearings on both ends ensure low friction and low temperature.
Electric control box: smart, safe, and durable
1. The use of a silver alloy relay, full copper coil, and flame-retardant safety base ensures lasting durability and safety.
2. With a safety protection adjustment circuit and time delay, silver alloy contacts, and versatile dials, it accommodates various delay ranges seamlessly.
3. The switch's sliding contact includes a self-cleaning function, with normally open and closed contacts incorporating a separate bonding structure to work with different poles, supported by an anti-rotation positioning and a stop loose mounting gasket.
