4. Reverse Facing Device
(1) Mirroring the structure of a one-way device, it controls the wheel with exceptional precision, preventing any regressive movement after prolonged use, maintaining stability, and high precision.
(2) Prevents reverse rolling of the lower wheel in the event of brake failure or improper spacing due to residual oil during stamping.
(3) Designed to resist high temperatures effortlessly.
(4) Equipped with super-carbide and durable rollers, minimizing wear.
(5) Operates through the circular motion of the roller rather than the linear motion of guide posts, eliminating bite-kill issues.
(6) Reduces twisting power needed for minimal friction, thus protecting the rotating mechanism from damage.
(7) Configuration allows speeds up to 30 m/min, typically at 20 m/min, boosting efficiency by 50%.

Accuracy varies with swing count and feed length, typically achieving a precision of 0.03m. With endpoint positioning, accuracy can improve to 0.01mm.

1. The unitasis is expertly assembled with high-strength screws securing all components. Absence of welds allows for easy future repairs and accessory replacements, saving both time and cost.

Straightening Roller

1. Constructed from solid bearing steel, the corrective wheel undergoes medium frequency thickening electroplating treatment, achieving a surface hardness not less than HRC58, ensuring enduring durability.
2. Our Mechanical Air Feeder Machine incorporates GCr15 forged round steel, expertly crafted for ultimate performance. Following preheating (globular annealing), it undergoes precise grinding and milling. With medium frequency treatment and coarse grinding cold stabilization, it is finely ground and electroplated. This meticulous process ensures exceptional precision, concentricity, finish, and hardness, all contributing to an extended lifespan of the corrective roller.

Eccentric disc

1. The use of casting iron in our product ensures adaptability and flexibility in operation, while also being robust and resistant to breakage.
2. The cross joint is designed for compact efficiency, enhanced by NSK imported bearings that guarantee smooth, cadon-free operation.
