2. Primarily using forged raw parts, they undergo normalizing to enhance cutability. Following the gear design, the process includes rough and half-fine machining, shaping, and rolling. Subsequent heat treatment boosts mechanical properties.
3. The gears meet design specifications through final finishing, achieving grade 6 classification with superior wear resistance and strength, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Power section
1. Utilizing a model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, this setup employs a gear speed converter to adjust motor speed and deliver mechanisms with larger torque efficiently.
2. Featuring a vertical motor with low vibration and noise, it uses a pure copper coil rotor, lasting ten times longer than ordinary coils. Ball bearings at both ends reduce friction and temperature.
Electric control box
