2. Roller wheel

3. Disc brakes (General brake)
Equipped with an advanced clutch for complete, long-lasting engagement, offering stability and precise performance over an extended period.
4. Reverse facing device
(1) Mirroring the structure of a one-way device, it precisely controls wheel movement, preventing any backward slip after prolonged use, thus maintaining exceptional stability and precision.
(2) Prevents issues like reverse movement of the lower roller during brake failures or misalignment due to residual oil spillage during stamping.
(3) Designed to resist high temperatures effectively.
(4) Incorporates super-carbide and durable rollers, significantly minimizing wear.
(5) Utilizes circular motion of the roller instead of linear guide post motion, eliminating any risk of jamming.
(6) Reduced twisting power requirements lower friction, safeguarding the rotating mechanism from damage.
(7) Capable of reverse function speeds up to 30 m/min, typically operating at 20 m/min, enhancing efficiency by 50%.

Accuracy is contingent on swing counts and feed length, with typical precision at 0.03m. End positioning can refine accuracy to an impressive 0.01mm.

Straightening roller

1. Constructed from solid bearing steel, this corrective wheel undergoes medium frequency thickening electroplating treatment, achieving a surface hardness of no less than HRC58, ensuring high durability and wear resistance for enduring material use.
2. Crafted using GCr15 forged round steel, our process involves precision preheating through globular annealing, followed by meticulous grinding and milling. Further refined with medium frequency treatment, our technique includes coarse grinding with cold stabilization, then fine grinding, culminating in electroplating. This comprehensive approach ensures maximum precision, concentricity, optimal finish, and exceptional hardness, dramatically extending the service life of the corrective roller.

Eccentric disc

1. Constructed from casting iron, our product offers remarkable adaptability and flexibility, designed to withstand breakage.
2. The cross joint boasts a compact design featuring NSK imported bearings, ensuring a seamless operation without any cadon disruptions.

Pull rod

The mid-section of the pull rod is expertly crafted from a seamless tube of high hardness material. The wire rod ends are finished with round steel via lathe processing, ensuring the processed workpiece fits perfectly in the middle section fixed tube, maintaining stability during operation.
