4. Reverse facing device

(2) Prevents down roller reversal in the event of brake failures or improper distancing caused by residual oil spills during stamping.

(5) Utilizes a circular motion of the roller, avoiding the bite-killing seen in straight motion with four guide posts.

With precision swing and feed length adjustments, accuracy reaches 0.03m, and when end-of-road positioning is employed, accuracy can be refined to an astounding 0.01mm.
