2.Structure
The material of uncoiler & straightener is welded into the whole body by high-quality structural steel plate. It adopts long-distance fulcrum and can bear large weight. It adopts variable-diameter feeding device, which is convenient for loading, decelerated by worm gear and worm, stable operation and induction parking. Time control parking time, can achieve stable and convenient feeding; correcting machine head adopts high-precision hard chrome-plated roller with high straightening precision; compact overall structure, space saving, sturdy and durable.
Decoiler is for the metal coil(or other material )uncoiling to be straight and smooth ,then easily for the feeding to the machine like slitting,cut to length and roofing sheet,etc.It can be divided into manual decoiler and electric decoiler,hydraulic decoiler.The hydraulic decoiler whether has the loading car and the length of the guaiding is all customized.

Decoiling Machine
Single-end configurations are provided as standard, and Double-ended configurations can be provided to optimize production efficiency by lowering the coil changeover time. Most models are available as Traveling Reels that can be combined with automatic centering functions.
Custom engineering can be provided to meet any application demands.
Metal Straightening Machine Head
1.Adopt parallel roller design, 3 up / 4 down, totally 7 rollers.
2.Adopt four point fine adjustment is adopted, which is more suitable for processing high-precision products. Adopt four point independent pressure to adjust the pressure of feeding roller for entrance and exit, which can prevent material deviation and deformation effectively.
3.The supporting roller adopts the galvanizing roller without power, the material is one body formed, the surface is scratch-resistant and wear-resistant, use the mechanical bearing, rotating flexible and durable.
4.Handwheel made of cast iron, surface is electroplated. It is the most traditional handwheel.
5.The transmission part is protected by protective cover on both sides, equipped with observation window for easy viewing.
Straightening roller
1.The straightening rollers are made of solid bearing steel, thickening plating treatment after medium frequency, surface hardness is not less than HRC58, to ensure material durability.
2.Adopt GCr15 forging round steel, after preheating treatment (spheroidal annealing), then turning, milling, intermediate frequency treatment, rough grinding and cold stabilization, then fine grinding, finally electroplating. Maximized guarantee the accuracy, concentricity, finish and hardness, and extended the using life of the rollers.
Electric control box
Adopt silver alloy relay, full copper coil, flame retardant safety base, long lasting and durable.
Adopt safety protection adjustment circuit time delay relay, silver alloy contact, satisfied different delay ranges.
Adopt self-duplex flat button, the force is light, the key range is moderate, the building block type combination structure. The contact is made up of keto-base composite points with strong conductivity and large current, with a life span of up to 1 million times.
Frame part
1.The equipment adopts the integrated design of decoiler and straightener, to improve the utilization rate of the site.
2.Decoiler adopt cantilever beam design, all plates of the decoiler are cut by laser plasma with high precision.
3.All parts are processed by numerical control and CNC, with good interchangeability.
4.Adopt assembly structure design, it is convenient for general technical workers to assemble and replace, can greatly reduces the maintenance cost.
Power part
1.Adopt model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, use the speed converter of gear , reduce the rotation number of motor to desired rotation number ,and get the mechanism with larger torque.
2.Adopt vertical motor, low vibration, low noise, stator rotor part adopt pure copper coil, life is 10 times of ordinary coil, both ends are equipped with ball bearing, low friction, low temperature.
Noted
(1)Turn on the power supply first check whether the power supply voltage is matched, whether there is a lack of phase contact, etc., so as not to damage the electrical motor.
(2)There should be a reliable grounding wire to prevent injury when the appliance is damaged.
(3)Immediately remove the handle of mandrel after loading the coil, it is avoid injury when runing.
(4)The power should be cut off during charging. After power-on, it is strictly forbidden to stand around the pallet.
Maintenance
(1)For long-term use, the spindle bearing grease should be added once a month, and the reducer oil should be replaced every six months, and the oil should be added to 1/3.
(2)The wiring points in the electric control box shall not be loose, so as to avoid burning the electrical appliances and affecting normal use, and no oil or water is allowed to enter.
(3)For long-term use, attention should be paid to checking the bearing housing and whether the screws are loose.
(4)If it is not used for a long time, add the oil to the spindle and check the electric control box.
