Drive gear
1. The gear processing is an art, encompassing gear blank creation, tooth surface processing, heat treatment, and exquisite tooth surface finishing, all executed with precision.
2. Crafted mainly from forged parts, the components undergo normalizing treatment to enhance machinability, facilitating efficient cutting. Following gear design blueprints, rough machining, semi-fine processing, lathe work, rolling, and gear shaping are performed, leading to a well-formed gear. Heat treatment enhances mechanical properties, ensuring robustness.
3. Final finishing is performed to meticulously refine the tooth type according to design specifications. Post-treatment, gears achieve a grade 6 distinction with exceptional wear resistance, high strength, and a lifetime of reliability.
