The head of straightener
1. The head boasts a parallel roller design with an array of 9 refined rollers, consisting of 4 upper rollers and 5 lower rollers, ensuring optimal straightening precision.
2. Featuring a large cylinder for material pressing, this design is ideally suited for processing high-precision products. Its synchronous worm gear and worm screw adjustment effectively prevent material deviation and deformation, ensuring flawless results.
3. The support roller is crafted from non-powered galvanized roller material, integrating a form with high resistance to scraping and grinding. It utilizes mechanical bearings for smooth, flexible, and long-lasting rotation.
4. Incorporating a traditional cast iron hand wheel, its surface is electroplated for enhanced durability and aesthetic appeal.
Straightener roller
1. The straightener wheel, forged from solid bearing steel, is thickened and electroplated following intermediate frequency treatment. With a surface hardness exceeding HRC58, it ensures exceptional durability and longevity.
2. Begins with forging round steel using GCr15, followed by preheating (spheroidizing annealing), turning, milling, medium frequency treatment, rough grinding, cold stabilization, and fine grinding, before final electroplating. This process maximizes precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness while extending the straightening roller's service life.
Drive gear
The comprehensive gear processing includes gear blank processing, tooth surface processing, heat treatment, and tooth surface finishing. Starting with forged raw parts and normalized treatment, the process enhances cutting ease. Rough machining and semi-fine processing shape the gear, followed by heat treatment for improved mechanical properties. Final finishing according to design specifications results in a grade 6 gear with excellent wear resistance, strength, and longevity.
Power section
1. Utilizes a model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, functioning as a gear speed converter that reduces the motor's revolutions while achieving greater torque for optimum performance.
2. Equipped with a vertical motor, it offers low vibration and noise. The motor's rotor part is crafted from pure copper coil, extending its life to ten times that of ordinary coils. With ball bearings at both ends, it ensures low friction and temperature.
Electric control box
1. Incorporates a silver alloy relay and full copper coil, paired with a flame-retardant safety base, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance.
2. Features a safety protection adjustment circuit with time delay relay, silver alloy contact, and versatile dials to accommodate various delay ranges, meeting diverse needs.
3. The switch utilizes a sliding contact with a self-cleaning function. Normally open and closed contacts have separate bonding structures, allowing for operation with different poles. It includes anti-rotation positioning and a stop-loose mounting gasket for security.
4. Employs a self-duplex flat button with light force and moderate key range in a building block type combination structure. The contact is composed of keto-base composite points for high conductivity and current carrying capacity, boasting a lifespan of up to 1 million operations.
