Straightener roller

Utilizing GCr15 forged round steel, it undergoes a meticulous process including preheating treatment, turning, milling, medium frequency treatment, and several grinding phases before electroplating. This maximizes precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, significantly extending the roller's service life.

1. The gear manufacturing process encompasses gear blank processing, tooth surface processing, heat treatment, and meticulous tooth surface finishing.
2. Forged raw parts are enhanced by normalizing treatment to improve machinability. Rough and semi-finish machining follows, using lathe, rolling, and gear shaping techniques, before undergoing heat treatment to boost mechanical properties.
3. Final finishing is conducted according to precise design specifications, ensuring high-grade gear performance with grade 6 wear resistance, superior strength, and extended lifespan.
Power section
1. Incorporating a model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, it expertly adjusts the motor's rotation speed to achieve the desired torque and performance.
2. With a vertical motor characterized by low vibration and noise, it features a pure copper coil rotor with a lifespan 10 times that of an ordinary coil, complete with ball bearings reducing friction and temperature.
Electric control box
1. Equipped with a reliable silver alloy relay and full copper coil, along with a flame-retardant safety base, it promises durability and safety.
