1. Material decoiler and straightener function together in one structure ,does not take up too much space. 
2. Suitable for various of metal coils uncoiling and straightening .
3. It can adopt variable speed device , to control the discharge speed.
4. The material rack and straightener are integrated, chain drive, chrome plated roller, special endless speed change device controls the discharging speed, with strong durability.
5. The uncoiling adopts splint on both sides, driven by the feeding roller, which is pulled by leveling part to control the speed.
6. Leveling roller adopts chromium steel 40CR,after conditioning ,high frequency quenching ,hard chromium plating. Surface hardness HRC60 degree,chrome  plating thickness unilateral 0.05mm,high hardness, strong durability.
7. Leveling adjustment adopts four independent fine-tuning, which is controlled by scale, simple and practical.
8. Use L type iron frame induction frame induction,Mainly suitable for the material is lighter and smaller, the surface requirements are not high stamping production,It is often used with air feeder, with an economical punching automatic production line.

Straightener Head

1. The straightener head features a parallel roller design with a total of 7 refined rollers: 3 upper rollers and 4 lower rollers.  
2. Utilizes four-point fine adjustment, making it more suitable for processing high-precision materials. The independent four-point pressure system adjusts the feeding wheel pressure for both incoming and outgoing materials, effectively preventing material deviation and deformation.  
3. The support roller is a galvanized, non-powered roller, made from integrated material with a wear-resistant surface, ensuring durability and smooth rotation using mechanical bearings.  
4. Equipped with a cast iron handwheel with an electroplated surface, maintaining a traditional yet reliable design.  
5. The transmission system is enclosed within protective covers on both sides, with an observation window for easy monitoring.   
 
Frame Section

1. The machine integrates a decoiler and straightener into a single structure, maximizing workspace efficiency.  
2. The frame adopts a cantilever beam design, with all plates precisely cut using laser plasma technology for enhanced accuracy and interchangeability.  
3. The entire structure is designed for simplicity, allowing general technicians to assemble and replace parts efficiently, significantly reducing maintenance costs.

Straightening Rollers

1. The straightening rollers are made from solid bearing steel, thickened and electroplated after intermediate frequency treatment, with a surface hardness of no less than HRC58 to ensure long-term durability.  
2. Constructed from GCr15 forged round steel, undergoing preheating treatment (spheroidizing annealing), turning, milling, intermediate frequency treatment, rough grinding, cooling stabilization, fine grinding, and electroplating-ensuring maximum precision, concentricity, smoothness, hardness, and extended service life.   
 
Drive Gear

The gear manufacturing process includes:  
1. Processing of the gear blank, machining of the tooth surface, heat treatment, and final finishing of the tooth surface.  
2. The raw components, primarily forged parts, undergo normalizing treatment to enhance machinability.  
3. Based on the gear design specifications, rough machining is performed, followed by semi-finishing operations such as turning, rolling, and gear shaping to form the gear structure.  
4. Heat treatment is applied to enhance mechanical properties. The final finishing process ensures high precision, with the finished gears reaching grade 6 quality-offering excellent wear resistance, strength, and an extended lifespan.

Electric Control Box

1. Utilizes silver alloy relays, full copper coils, and a flame-retardant safety base for long-lasting durability.  
2. Includes a safety-protected adjustable time-delay circuit with silver alloy contacts, supporting various delay ranges.  
3. The switch mechanism features a sliding contact design with a self-cleaning function. The normally open and normally closed contacts are independently structured, allowing compatibility with different pole configurations, and include an anti-rotation positioning gasket to prevent loosening.  
4. The control panel adopts a self-duplex flat button with light actuation force and moderate key travel. Its modular design features keto-base composite contact points, providing high conductivity and large current capacity, with a lifespan of up to one million cycles.  
Power System

1. Equipped with a model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, utilizing a gear speed converter to adjust the motor's rotational speed, achieving the desired output speed while increasing torque.  
2. Features a vertical motor with low vibration and noise. The rotor assembly is made of pure copper coils, lasting ten times longer than standard coils. Both ends are fitted with ball bearings, ensuring low friction and minimal heat generation.

Noted
(1)Turn on the power supply first check whether the power supply voltage is matched, whether there is a lack of phase contact, etc., so as not to damage the electrical motor.
(2)There should be a reliable grounding wire to prevent injury when the appliance is damaged.
(3)Immediately remove the handle of mandrel after loading the coil, it is avoid injury when runing.
(4)The power should be cut off during charging. After power-on, it is strictly forbidden to stand around the pallet.


Maintenance
(1)For long-term use, the spindle bearing grease should be added once a month, and the reducer oil should be replaced every six months, and the oil should be added to 1/3.
(2)The wiring points in the electric control box shall not be loose, so as to avoid burning the electrical appliances and affecting normal use, and no oil or water is allowed to enter.
(3)For long-term use, attention should be paid to checking the bearing housing and whether the screws are loose.
(4)If it is not used for a long time, add the oil to the spindle and check the electric control box.
