Accuracy varies by the number of swings and feed length, typically achieving 0.03m precision. With end-of-road positioning, it can reach an impressive 0.01mm accuracy.

Straightening Roller

1. The corrective wheel is constructed from solid bearing steel and undergoes medium frequency thickening electroplating. Its surface hardness, no less than HRC58, guarantees unmatched material durability.

Each unit is meticulously processed, involving preheating through globed annealing, followed by a series of grinding and milling steps.
