4. Reverse facing device
(1) Modeled like a one-way device, it controls the wheel with exceptional precision. Even after prolonged use, it prevents any backsliding in the next wheel, ensuring high stability and precision.
(2) Avoids the issue of the down roller reversing due to brake failure or incorrect spacing caused by residual oil leaks during stamping.
(3) Maintains low temperatures effortlessly.
(4) Equipped with super-carbide components and rollers, which resist wear with ease.
(5) Boasts a circular motion mechanism for rollers, eliminating the risk of 'bite-killing' that straight motions may cause.

Accuracy varies with swing frequency and feed length, typically achieving 0.03m. With end-of-the-road positioning, precision can reach up to 0.01mm.

Straightening roller
