Straightener roller
1. The straightener wheel, composed of robust bearing steel, undergoes thickening and electroplating post-intermediate frequency treatment. With a surface hardness reaching at least HRC58, durability is assured, facilitating long-lasting material handling.
2. Crafted with GCr15 forging round steel, our straightener roller endures an intensive process: spheroidizing annealing, turning, milling, medium-frequency treatment, rough and fine grinding, followed by electroplating. This rigorous process ensures exceptional precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, significantly extending the roller's service life.
Drive gear
Our drive gear process unfolds through several meticulous stages. Starting with gear blank processing to tooth surface shaping and heat treatment, it advances to finish the tooth surface. Utilizing forged raw parts, normalized for improved machinability, the rough and semi-fine machining process includes lathe and rolling techniques. Post-heat treatment enhances mechanical properties to achieve a gear grade 6, offering superior wear resistance, strength, and longevity.
Power section
1. Equipped with a model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, this section employs a gear speed converter that adjusts the motor revolutions to desired levels, delivering optimal torque and operational efficiency.
2. The vertical motor is designed for performance, featuring low vibration and noise. Its rotor, encased in pure copper coil, boasts a lifespan ten times longer than ordinary coils. Ball bearings at both ends ensure minimal friction and low-temperature operation.
Electric control box
