4. Reverse Facing Device
(1) Engineered akin to a one-way device, this structure precisely controls wheel movement, ensuring zero retrogression in subsequent wheels, even after extensive use. The stability and precision are of the highest caliber.

Accommodates varying swing counts and feed lengths, typically achieving an accuracy of 0.03m. When end-of-road positioning is applied, accuracy can reach an impressive 0.01mm.

Straightening Roller

1. The corrective wheel is constructed with solid bearing steel and undergoes medium frequency thickening electroplating. With a surface hardness beyond HRC58, durability is guaranteed, ensuring longevity and reliability.
2. Employs premium GCr15 forged round steel, with meticulous treatment processes including preheating (globed annealing), followed by a sequence of grinding, milling, and medium frequency treatment. Subsequent steps involve coarse grinding, cold stabilization, fine grinding, and finally, exquisite electroplating. This meticulous craftsmanship ensures maximum precision, concentricity, impeccable finish, and outstanding hardness, significantly extending the service life of the corrective roller.

Eccentric disc

1. Utilizes robust casting iron, known for its adaptability and flexibility, ensuring resilience and minimizing the risk of breakage.
