2. Beginning with the forging of raw parts, normalizing treatment enhances cutting efficiency. Following the gear design drawings, the sequence involves rough machining, half fine processing, lathe work, rolling, and gear shaping. Subsequently, heat treatment fortifies the mechanical properties.
3. Meticulous adherence to design drawings for the final finishing process, including benchmark finishing of the tooth type, results in a gear grade reaching level 6. The outcome is a product with superior wear resistance, strength, and an extended service life.
Power section
1. The adoption of a model 80 worm gear vertical reducer enables precise speed conversion of the gear, reducing motor rotation to the desired rate while providing a mechanism with increased torque.
2. Featuring a vertical motor with low vibration and noise, its rotor part is crafted with a pure copper coil, boasting a lifespan 10 times that of ordinary coils. Both ends are equipped with ball bearings, ensuring low friction and minimal heat generation.
Electric control box
1. Equipped with a silver alloy relay, full copper coil, and flame-retardant safety base, the electric control box offers longevity and resilience.
