1. The head is ingeniously crafted with a parallel roller design, featuring an upper array of 3 rollers and a lower set of 4 rollers, forming a highly refined 7-roller structure for exceptional precision.
2. Utilizing an advanced four-point fine adjustment system, this design is perfectly tailored for high-precision product processing. The independent pressure adjustment at four points finely tunes the pressure on the feeding wheel for both incoming and outgoing materials, effectively preventing any deviation or deformation.
3. Our support roller is constructed from galvanized, power-free rollers in an integrated form. Its surface boasts superior resistance to scraping and grinding, while mechanical bearings ensure smooth, flexible, and long-lasting rotation.
4. Featuring a classic cast iron hand wheel, its surface is electroplated for enhanced durability, offering the timeless elegance of traditional hand wheel designs.
5. The transmission section is securely shielded with protective covers on both sides, complete with observation windows for easy monitoring and convenience.
Straightener roller
1. Our straightener wheel is crafted from robust bearing steel, thickened and meticulously electroplated following intermediate frequency processes. With a surface hardness of not less than HRC58, it offers exceptional durability against wear.
2. Forged from high-grade GCr15 round steel, the wheel undergoes a comprehensive treatment process—preheating, spheroidizing annealing, turning, milling, medium frequency treatment, rough grinding, cold stabilization, and fine grinding—culminating in electroplating. This meticulous process ensures maximum precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, greatly extending the life of the straightening roller.
Drive gear
1. Our gear processing sequence is a testament to excellence—starting from gear blank processing, moving through tooth surface processing, heat treatment, and culminating in the fine finishing of the tooth surface.
2. The raw gear components are predominantly forged parts. Undergoing normalizing treatment, these components have their cutting qualities enhanced for easier machining. Following a sequence of rough machining, semi-fine processing, lathe work, rolling, and gear shaping, the gear takes shape, further refined by heat treatment to amplify its mechanical properties.
3. Conforming to the precise design specifications, the final gear undergoes a meticulous finishing process, achieving a gear grade of 6. The result is a gear with outstanding wear resistance, remarkable strength, and an extended service life.
Power section
1. Employing model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, it seamlessly uses gear speed conversion to reduce motor rotation speed to the desired level, achieving greater torque.
2. Featuring a vertical motor with outstanding low vibration and noise characteristics, the rotor is equipped with pure copper coils, boasting a lifespan 10 times that of ordinary coils. Ball bearings on both ends minimize friction and temperature elevation.
Electric control box
1. The control box incorporates silver alloy relays and full copper coils, mounted on a flame-retardant safety base, ensuring durability and longevity.
2. It features a safety protection adjustment circuit with a time delay, silver alloy contacts, and a versatile dial that accommodates different delay ranges.
3. The sliding contact switch is equipped with a self-cleaning function, and the normally open and closed contacts are designed with a separate bonding structure, adaptable for different poles. Anti-rotation positioning and a stop-loose mounting gasket are standard features.
4. Incorporating a self-duplex flat button with a light-touch force and moderate key range, the building block structure includes keto-base composite contact points, offering strong conductivity, large current handling, and an impressive lifespan of up to 1 million cycles.

1. The entire frame is built with a robust welded design, employing second protection welding techniques. Starting with vertical fillet welding and progressing to flat fillet welding, the technique ensures the weld is tight, thus enhancing quality.
